Charter Payment:

All charters are to be paid for in full on the day of your scheduled charter. Payment is required prior to departure. For multiple charter bookings, a 20% deposit of the total is required. Completion of payment is prior to departure for each charter.

Cancellation:

Whyalla Fishing Charters reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter if weather conditions are unsafe. Charters are not permitted if customers present intoxicated and refusal of service will be enforced.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be given for charters cancelled by the Whyalla Fishing Charters Skipper, if another suitable day can not be arranged. A 20% administration fee will apply to bookings withdrawn no less than three days prior to departure. No refund will be given if less than 48 hours notice of withdrawal is received from passengers.
