Whyalla Fishing Charters have a great team that will provide a professional and safe service for you to experience the thrill of catching a ‘Big Red’ on your fishing voyage with the “Snapper Professionalists” of Whyalla South Australia. Steve Storic ‘The Champ’ was born in Whyalla and has the utmost enthusiasm for the sport of fishing. He has over 22 years of boat driving and fishing knowledge on the gulf waters and over 10 years of skippering experience in commercial fishing. Darren Sheppard 'Shep' a 3rd generation professional fisherman with over 10 years of commercial fishing experiance and over 70 years of family fishing history.

Service includes:

All charter crews are provided with sunscreen, all quality bait, quality tackle, top range rods and reels, ice cold soft drinks and bottled water, all the fish cleaning equipment you need.

Departure Times:

Charters depart the Whyalla Marina between 5am to 6am depending on the time of year and tide times. The time will be confirmed with you when booking. Charters are a standard 6 hour trip, returning you to the marina between 11am and 1pm, depending on departure time. Extra hours may be negotiated with your skipper.

Price:
$200 per person – per charter inc GST

(There is a minimum requirement to have four people per charter or the minimum hire of boat is $800). Whyalla Fishing Charters can charter for larger groups - up to 15 people. Singles and couples are welcome if paying boat hire fee or happy to be booked with other single crews to make up numbers.
